MyWish.com Membership Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions form the basis of MyWish.com. They are intended to protect you as a Member of MyWish.com. It is your responsibility to read and understand them. 

2. Program Changes

2.1 MyWish.com reserves the right at all times to make any changes to the MyWish.com Terms and Conditions, Benefits offered and the Schedule of Fees in its sole discretion.  

2.2 MyWish.com will use all reasonable endeavours to advise Members of any changes to these Terms and Conditions, notifies the Member of the change by any method including but not limited to by providing notice at an address provided to MyWish.com by the Member and/or by posting details of the changes on its website, but will not be liable in any way for any failure to do so.

2.3 MyWish.com gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of any Benefits.


3.   Termination 

3.1 MyWish.com gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of Mywish Reward Program. Mywish.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend this program at any time. 

3.2 Membership will terminate automatically on the death of a Member. MyWish.com will terminate the Member's account on receipt of notification of the death of the Member.


4. Breach of Terms and Conditions

4.1 Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by a Member whether intentional or otherwise may result in suspension or termination of membership and/or cancellation of Benefits at the sole discretion of MyWish.com. 

4.2 MyWish.com is not, and will not be, liable for any Member's benefits or Awards. In the event of suspension or termination of membership or termination or other material alteration to the members, such Benefits or Awards may also terminate or be extinguished.. 


5. Member Obligations

5.1 Members must not:
.	abuse Benefits, facilities, services or arrangements accorded to the Member as a result of membership;
.	act in any way which is likely to be detrimental to the interests of MyWish.com;
.	supply or attempt to supply misleading information, or make any misrepresentation to MyWish.com; or 
.	act in any way which in MyWish.com' reasonable opinion breaches or is likely to breach these Terms and Conditions or is inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. 

5.2 Members must comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times.	


6. Membership

6.1 Membership of MyWish.com is open only to individuals. Membership is not open to: families, groups, companies; trusts, partnerships; other entities or government departments or agencies. Membership is offered at the discretion of MyWish.com, and MyWish.com has the right to accept or reject any application for membership in its sole discretion. 

6.2 Each Member may maintain only one MyWish.com account that must serve all business and personal needs. Should you indicate to us within two weeks of receiving your membership kit that you would like to withdraw from being a MyWish.com member, we will cancel your membership and refund your membership fee (if any) provided you have not used your membership. Otherwise, Membership is non-refundable and not is transferable.

6.3 Each Member will be assigned a membership number upon acceptance of enrolment. Each Member will also be assigned a password which along with his/her membership number, surname, mother's maiden name, birth date, and/or recent travel details will be used for security of membership information. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that this PIN is kept secure and other security information is kept secure. 

6.4 The Member's mailing address will be used to determine their eligibility for promotions and other offerings. Changes to address can be made directly on the website (you must supply your PIN) or by calling our office. Each Member must advise MyWish.com of any change of name, address, or other details as soon as practicable after the change. MyWish.com is not responsible for any failure by the Member to adequately notify MyWish.com of the change. Written proof must be supplied for any change of name. 

6.5 It is a condition of membership that you consent and authorise MyWish.com to provide the information on your application form and other information that you provide to MyWish.com and any other person (including without limitation a related body corporate, agents and contractors) for the purpose of
(i) MyWish.com providing services; 
(ii) MyWish.com improving MyWish.com customer service, including by means of research, marketing, product development and planning; 
(iii) MyWish.com marketing its products or services or the products or services of its partners; and 
(iv) any third party providing services to MyWish.com and Members in connection with the administration. 
This information will be transferred to or from Australia for these purposes. If all or any part of the requested information is not provided by the Member, the services provided to you by MyWish.com may be affected. 

6.6 MyWish.com will provide you with access to and correction of your personal information held by MyWish.com on request by you to the extent permitted or required by law. Only the Member named on the account will be entitled to access account information. However, MyWish.com does comply with validly served and executed court orders and subpoenas and cooperates with investigations by state and federal agencies in accordance with internal MyWish.com policy. Under these circumstances, or where otherwise required by law, your account information may be shared with others with or without your knowledge or consent.


7. Use of the Membership Number and Benefits

7.1 MyWish.com reserves the right to require the Member to quote their membership number at any time while ticketing or while the Member is travelling or otherwise claiming or utilising any Awards or Benefits. 

7.2 In the event of loss, theft or unauthorised use of your membership number, it is your responsibility to immediately advise our office. Until loss, theft or unauthorised use of the Card is notified to MyWish.com, the Member is liable for all use of membership number. MyWish.com will not be liable for misuse of a lost or stolen Card or any unauthorised use of membership number or password.
